Tent
Our tents are 400, 600, 800 and 1000 capacity. Fully weather proof and the highest wind rating. They are quickly built on either grass or concrete. Easily fitting a stage, VIP seating area or bar. Purpose built to be convenient and quick to set up. The removable walls can even help to deflect sound and adjust to changes in weather, which can come in handy!​
Stage
We've had a modular trussing and platform system custom built. They can be used inside our striking tent, or installed in your indoor venue. The structure can be designed in several different shapes and goes up in a hour. Some size examples include 3x3m, 3x6m, 5x5m etc - ask about our unique DJ booth structure, with coordinated lighting display.
Lighting & Decor
From lights, lasers, smoke, C02, confetti cannons, projections, strobes, inflatables, UV, fairy / festoon lighting etc, we have it all. Programmed to work in synchronisation, giving your event originality and the WOW factor, with minimal effort and cost to you. Contact us with requirements for a quick quote.
Sound System
We view quality of sound as paramount. Our Logic Audio rig is available for your event, with optional engineer and mixing desk.
Heating
Two big retail box heaters, totalling 6KW of heat. Don't get caught out in the cold!
Pioneer DJ Equipment
The Pioneer XDJ-RX is a stand alone controller style DJ set up. Complete with Rekordbox and the latest firmware update, two USB ports and a large screen. This is a scaled down version of the Nexus CDJ 2000 and DJM 900 mixer, which is an essential requirement for professional DJs.
DJ
Our resident DJ Chris Beale works to an open format and has great experience in getting the crowd going. Any time, any place.
Photographer
We recognise that your guests are coming for a great time and we would like them to take away great memories. So being able to capture quality pictures of your special event is a must. Our photographer's have many additional options, including a photo-booth, with plenty of funny props. We also have available at your request, such things as a sweet truck or key ring printer and pictures are uploaded ready for you to tag online.

Event Coordinating
We have curated events since 2008. Choosing us gains you access to our services and years of knowledge.
Licensed Bar
We can provide a fully stocked and staffed bar. As a standard we liaise with your local licensing department to submit an application to sell alcohol at your event. We can order any brand of drinks you require, plus we individually design a selection to suit your event. The bar fits nicely alongside or opposite the stage, dependant on your specifications. We can order any brand of drinks you require.
Flooring
Our 5x5 meter LED dance-floor is rugged and works with your ideas, we can prepare the tent for any event type. If you have a specific theme or idea, let us know and we will organise the perfect layout to meet with your requirements and specifications.
